Acceptance and accounts
By using The Quest or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, scrape protected areas, or use The Quest unlawfully.
Preparedness, education, and safety
The Quest provides general educational and planning information. It is not emergency, medical, legal, financial, engineering, nutritional, veterinary, or other professional advice and does not replace local authorities, product instructions, training, qualified professionals, or your judgment. No plan, product, skill, or information can eliminate every risk or guarantee safety, readiness, or a particular outcome.
Quests may involve cooking, fire or heat, food preservation, water treatment, tools, outdoor activity, travel, physical exertion, first aid, animals, utilities, and other hazards. Assess conditions and abilities, use suitable equipment and protective gear, follow laws and manufacturer instructions, obtain appropriate training, and provide responsible adult supervision. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Access and membership
Some features may require an active entitlement, which may come from a paid purchase or Complimentary Access. Creating an account alone does not charge you. If recurring paid access is offered, the price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. Offline features and locally stored data may behave differently when access ends.
Store, checkout, and fulfillment
Product descriptions, variants, availability, prices, taxes, and shipping estimates may change. An order is subject to acceptance and verification. Stripe processes hosted checkout and payments. Printify may produce and fulfill designated products. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and provider or carrier delays may occur. Any product-specific cancellation, return, or refund terms will be presented with the purchase or supplied by support, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact Info@thequestprep.com with your Quest order number before returning an item.
Third-party services and links
Stripe, Printify, social platforms, and linked websites operate under their own terms. Recommendations may include Amazon, eBay, or other affiliate links. The Quest participates in Amazon Associates and the eBay Partner Network and may earn compensation from qualifying activity, as explained in the Affiliate Disclosure. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of a product’s suitability for your circumstances.
Social connections and content
You may connect only accounts, pages, or channels you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for content you direct The Quest to publish and for following each platform’s rules. Availability, review, reach, analytics, or continued publication is not guaranteed. Disconnecting The Quest does not necessarily remove content already published by a provider.
Intellectual property and submitted content
The Quest software, designs, branding, text, artwork, and content are owned by The Quest Preparedness Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use customer materials for personal, noncommercial purposes as permitted by the service. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the requested service.
Availability, suspension, and termination
Features may change, experience interruption, or be withdrawn. We may restrict or suspend access to protect customers, providers, the service, or legal compliance, or for a material violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Quest is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated. The Quest Preparedness Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
