Delete an account
Sign in on the web or in The Quest, open Account & Security, and choose Delete My Account. Reenter the account password and type the displayed confirmation phrase. No support contact or administrative approval is required for an ordinary eligible request.
If you cannot sign in, email Info@thequestprep.com from the account email with the subject Privacy Request. Do not send a password, PIN, social token, or payment-card details.
Identity verification
We will take reasonable steps to confirm that you control the account or information before acting. We may request limited additional details when necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure.
Server account data
An authenticated account-deletion request is accepted automatically. Ordinary account access is disabled immediately. The request may be cancelled securely for seven days; after that period, eligible customer identity, credentials, sessions, entitlements, synchronization records, assessment records, and server progress records are permanently deleted. Certain order, payment-reference, tax, fulfillment, refund, dispute, consent, security, sanitized deletion-audit, and legal records may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or law.
Local app and browser data
Much of your household profile, Plan, inventory, storage, readiness, and Quest progress is offline-first and may exist only on your device or in your browser. A server account request cannot erase data that our systems do not possess. Use the application’s reset or deletion controls, clear the site’s browser storage, or uninstall the application as appropriate. These actions can be irreversible; preserve any information you need first. Device backups or copied exports may remain until you delete them from those locations.
Connected social platforms
Ask us to disconnect a supported social connection and revoke The Quest’s authorization. You can also revoke access through the platform itself. Content already published may remain on the provider and must be managed there. Limited security and audit records may be retained.
What happens next
The Quest confirms initiation by email and shows the scheduled deletion time in Account & Security. Cancellation remains available for seven days. Deleting the account does not cancel Apple, Google Play, or other third-party subscriptions; manage those subscriptions with the billing provider. The Quest sends a completion notice after eligible server data is deleted.
